In partnership with Reb Gregg, a noted recreation law attorney, we have developed a guide to assist the industry in developing effective waivers for their business since many agreements and waivers in use today are out of date and ineffective. Please note that this guide is an introduction and not a sample to assist you and you legal counsel in the preparation of an effective waiver. The Guide does not attempt to address the requirements of the specific laws which might apply to your operation. DO NOT USE THE GUIDE WITHOUT CONSULTING QUALIFIED LEGAL COUNSEL.
